MC Medical Career India

What's coming

What is being compiled next, in what order, and why that order.

This site is published section by section. A section appears only when its pages have been read off the authorities that publish them and dated — so the sections still marked in preparation are unfinished work, not abandoned ideas.

The order below is by value rather than by the order of the navigation. Uncontested ground where nobody has compiled the information comes first; the crowded admissions territory comes last.

Published

Working Abroad — eight countries, each recorded against its regulator’s own pages. The United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand are verified. Ireland, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates carry their links but not yet their detail, and say so.

Being compiled next

  1. Practising in India — the processes. Permanent registration, renewal, additional qualification, NOC and transfer between states, certificates of good standing, and CME credit requirements. Sourced from National Medical Commission regulations and each council’s own rules.
  2. Practising in India — the councils. One page per state medical council, in tranches, largest first. The map on the front page fills in as these are published.
  3. Internship. The compulsory rotating medical internship — postings and duration, stipend orders, leave, the completion certificate and provisional registration.
  4. Working Abroad, completed. Ireland, Saudi Arabia and the UAE finished properly, then Germany, Singapore, Qatar and Oman added.
  5. Deadlines. Every examination, registration, renewal and counselling window in one calendar.

After that

MBBS Admission, MBBS Student Years, PG Admission, PG Residency, Super Specialty Admission and Super Specialty Training. These cover the most heavily written-about parts of the Indian medical career, so the approach there is the administrative side — domicile and state quota rules, bond obligations by state, document checklists, fee structures — rather than cut-off predictions and college rankings, which are well served elsewhere.

Something missing?

If a stage or a state matters to you and is not in this queue, say so. What people actually need decides what gets compiled next.
