Regulator
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) — official site
Route for an Indian MBBS graduate
Practitioners are classified and registered by the SCFHS through the Mumaris+ portal. The Commission publishes separate Rules and Regulations for Classification and Registration, which govern the detail.
Examinations
  • SCFHS classification and professional practice licensure examinations — see the Commission's examination pages for the current name and format
Documents named by the regulator
  • Letter of employment identification issued within the three months before the application, from the personnel affairs department or the facility's representative, proving clinical practice in the field of specialisation
  • National ID
  • Medical report, for applicants over the age of 65

The document list above is what the SCFHS names on its registration requirements page. It is not the whole picture: the Commission points applicants to its Classification and Registration rules for the full requirements, and those have not been read yet. Credential verification arrangements and the current examination structure are both still to be confirmed against the Commission’s own documents, so this page stays marked unverified.
